Take I-75 to exit 290, US – 20, and follow signs towards Rome. Proceed 1.5 miles to Medical Drive and make a right. The office is at the end of the street in Building "B" which is the building on the right on the 3rd floor.

Note: All procedures are performed at the Georgia Pain Spine Center which is located on the same floor as our Medical Offices. Look for the sign when you get off the elevator.

Woodstock

From I-575:

  1. Heading North on I-575. Take Exit 8 and turn left onto Towne Lake Pkwy.
  2. Heading South on I-575. Take Exit 8 and turn right onto Towne Lake Pkwy.
  3. In about 1.5 miles, Towne lake Pkwy will split. Stay to the left at the split.
  4. Turn left at the Chick-fil-A onto Parkbrooke Way. Turn right at the stop sign onto Parkbrooke Circle. Stay straight at next stop sign and Parkbrooke Place will be the first road on the left.
  5. Turn left and 300 Parkbrooke Place is at the end of the road behind the Goddard School.

From I-75 take exit 267-B (Hwy 5/Canton Rd.). After getting off at the exit, stay in the left lane to Church St.. At the second stoplight, there will be a drug store on your left, turn right onto Tower Rd. and continue for approximately 1/2 mile. 400 Tower Rd is on the right hand side of the street at the intersection of Tower Rd. and Cogburn Ave.
